This policy describes how Replikte LLC (“Replikte,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this public marketing website (the “Site”). It does not govern services we deliver under a separate client agreement; those engagements are covered by their own terms and privacy commitments.

What this Site does not do
The Site is primarily informational. We do not operate a login or a customer account system on this Site, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data through the Site itself.
Information you send us
If you email us or include personal details in a scheduling or contact flow, we use that information only to respond and to operate our business, including evaluating whether we can help with your inquiry.
Third-party services
- Hosting. This Site may be hosted on infrastructure that processes technical data (for example, IP address, browser type, date/time of requests) in server or CDN logs. That processing is governed by the host’s policies (for example, GitHub Pages / GitHub privacy documentation if applicable).
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregated traffic and usage on the Site. Google may process technical data (such as IP address, device/browser information, and interactions) according to Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Scheduling. “Book a call” links open our booking page on Neo Space (book.neo.space), a third-party scheduling service. If you book a call, that provider’s privacy policy applies to information you submit there.
- Fonts. We load fonts from Google Fonts; Google may receive technical information such as IP address and user agent when your browser requests those assets. See Google’s privacy documentation for details.
- Social networks. Links to LinkedIn or X leave our Site; those platforms have their own privacy practices.
Cookies
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar storage to distinguish sessions and measure Site usage; see Google’s documentation for details. Other third parties you interact with (for example, the scheduling provider) may set cookies according to their own policies.
Retention
We retain business correspondence and scheduling-related records as needed to operate Replikte and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.
Your rights

International visitors
Replikte is based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other locations where we or our service providers operate.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
